TheI/OportsareconguredunderSystemOptions>Ports&Devices>I/OPorts.Selecttheportdirection(InputorOutput).The
portscanbegivendescriptivenamesandtheirNormalstatescanbeconguredasOpencircuitorGroundedcircuit.

COMPort

TheAxisproducthasoneRS-485/RS-422serialport.Theportsupportsthefollowingmodes:
•GenericHTTPallowstheAxisproducttoreceivedataandsendcommandsviaHTTP.
•PanTiltZoomisusedtocontrolaPTZdevice.ThePTZdevicerequiresadriver.Seeformoreinformation.Driverscanbe
downloadedfromwww.axis.com
•GenericTCP/IPallowstheAxisproducttoreceivedataandsendcommandsviaTCP/IP.Daisychainserver-AllowsDaisy
chainclientstocommunicatewiththeAxisproduct.

PortStatus

Accelerometer

Thelevelingassistantthathelpstolevelthecameraisenabledbydefault.Todisableit,de-selecttheEnablelevelingassistantoption
fromSystemOptions>Ports&Devices>AccelerometerandclickSave.Torefreshthepageandviewthesavedsetting,clickReset.
Maintenance
TheAxisproductprovidesseveralmaintenancefunctions.TheseareavailableunderSystemOptions>Maintenance.
ClickRestarttoperformacorrectrestartiftheAxisproductisnotbehavingasexpected.Thiswillnotaffectanyofthecurrent
settings.
