Using a ceramic hob scraper
Your appliance will be provided with a hob scraper. The following guidelines should also be followed when using the ceramic hob scraper:-
oThe scraper should be placed on the ceramic surface at an angle.
oResidues should be removed by sliding the blade carefully over the ceramic surface.
oThe ceramic surface should be wiped with a damp cloth that has been placed in warm water mixed with a small amount of washing up liquid.
oDry the appliance by rubbing the surface with a clean cloth.
Using a specialist ceramic hob cleaner
It is possible to purchase a specialist ceramic hob cleaner/conditioner.
You should follow the instructions given by the manufacturer of the specialist ceramic hob cleaner. You should ensure that it is suitable for use on your appliance.
