Replacing the mains supply cable

oIf the mains supply cable is damaged, then it must be replaced with a suitable replacement which can be obtained via the manufacturer, in order to avoid a hazard.

oThe mains supply cable should be replaced in accordance with the following instructions:

oSwitch the appliance off at the socket.

oOpen the terminal block on the back of the oven.

oUnscrew the terminal screws fixing the cable.

oReplace the cable with one of the same length and in accordance with the specification.

oThe “green-yellow” earth wire must be connected to the terminal marked . It must be about 10 mm longer than the live and neutral wires.

oThe “blue” neutral wire must be connected to the terminal marked with letter (N) - the live wire must be connected to the terminal marked with letter (L).

oThe connection cable must be secured in a strain-relief clamp.
