General Terms and Conditions
For Australian Consumers
goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand Consumers
Nothing in this guarantee purports to modify or exclude the conditions, guarantees and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and other laws, except in those circumstances contemplated by section 43(2) of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

The commencement date of this guarantee starts on the day of purchase and proof of purchase must be supplied to the Beko Service Centre prior to commencement of any guarantee work.
