Belkin will repair or replace, at its option, any defec tive product fre e of charge (exce pt
for shipping charges for the product ).
What is not covere d by this war ranty?
All above warranties a re null and void i f the Belkin pro duct is not provi ded to Belkin
International, Inc., fo r inspection up on Belkin’s request at the sole expe nse of the
purchaser, or if Belkin International, I nc., determines t hat the Belkin pr oduct has
been improperly ins talled, altered in any way, or tampe red with. The Bel kin Product
Warranty does not pr otect against ac ts of God such a s flood, lightnin g, earthquake,
war, vandalism, theft, no rmal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsol escence,
abuse, damage due to l ow voltage distur bances (i.e. br ownouts or sags ), non-author ized
program, or system eq uipment modific ation or alterat ion.

To get service for your B elkin product yo u must take the fo llowing steps:
1. Contact Belkin International, Inc., at 5 01 W. Walnut St., Compto n CA 90220, Attn:
Customer Service, o r call (800 )-223-5546, within 15 days of the Occurrence. B e
prepared to provide th e following inform ation:
a. The part number of the Belkin pr oduct.
b. Where you purchase d the product.
c. When you purchased the product.
d. Copy of original re ceipt.
2. Your Belkin Customer Service Represe ntative will then instruct you on h ow to forward
your receipt and Belk in product and how to proceed wi th your claim.
Belkin International, Inc., reserves the right to review the damaged Be lkin product. A ll
costs of shipping the Belkin product to Belkin Interna tional, Inc., for i nspection shal l
be borne solely by the purchaser. If Bel kin determines, in its sole disc retion, that it i s
impractical to ship t he damaged equi pment to Belkin I nternational, In c., Belkin may
designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repai r facility to ins pect and estim ate
the cost to repair suc h equipment. Th e cost, if any, of shi pping the equip ment to and
from such repair fac ility and of suc h estimate shall be borne solely by the purchase r.
Damaged equipment m ust remain availa ble for inspect ion until the cla im is finalized.
Whenever claims are s ettled, Belkin I nternational, In c., reserves the right to be
subrogated under any existing insuran ce policies the purchaser may h ave.
How state law rel ates to the wa rranty.
THIS WARRANTY CONTAINS THE SOLE WARRAN TY OF BELKIN I NTERNATIONAL,
INC., THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXP RESSED OR, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED
BY LAW, IMPLIED, INCLUDING TH E IMPLIED WARRANT Y OR CONDITION OF
QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY O R FITNESS FOR A PARTIC ULAR PURPOSE, AND
SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES , IF ANY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE T ERM OF
THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not all ow limitations on how long an impl ied warranty la sts, so the above
limitations may not ap ply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BELKIN INTERNATIONAL, INC., BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF
ANY BELKIN PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may
