Product Warranty.
Belkin will repair o r replace, at it s option, any d efective pro duct free of charge (except
for shipping charges f or the produc t).
What is not covered by this warrant y?
All above warranties ar e null and void if the Belkin product is not provided to Be lkin
International, Inc., for inspecti on upon Belk in’s request at th e sole expens e of the
purchaser, or if Belkin International, Inc., determ ines that the Be lkin produc t has been
improperly installe d, altered in any way, or tampere d with. The B elkin Produc t Warranty
does not protect aga inst acts of G od (other tha n lightning) such as flood , earthquake,
war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosi on, depletio n, obsolescen ce,
abuse, damage due to lo w voltage distu rbances (i.e . brownouts or sags), non -authorized
program, or system e quipment modi fication or alteration.
How to get service .
To get service for your B elkin produc t you must tak e the following steps:
1. Contact Belkin International, Inc. , at 501 W. Walnut St., Compton CA 90220, Attn:
Customer Service, or call (800 )-223-5546, wi thin 15 days of the O ccurrence. Be
prepared to provide th e following in formation:
a. The part number of the Belkin product.
b. Where you purchased the product.
c. When you purchased the product.
d. Copy of original re ceipt.
2. Your Belkin Customer Se rvice Repres entative will t hen instruct you on how to
forward your receipt and Belkin pr oduct and how to proceed wit h your claim.
