Het toetsenbord en/of de muis wordt/worden niet herkend of doet/doen het niet na installatie.

•Zorg ervoor dat de kabels van de ontvanger op de juiste wijze op de USB-poort van uw computer zijn aangesloten.

•Voor een optimale werking dient u de ontvanger op ten minste 20 cm afstand van de monitor, computer, externe opslagmedia en andere elektrische apparaten te plaatsen.

•Zorg ervoor dat u de batterijen correct hebt aangebracht. Controleer de batterijen; ze mogen niet leeg zijn (test ze even in een ander apparaat).

•Er kan een conflict ontstaan tussen andere systeemapparaten en de muis en/of het toetsenbord conflicteren. Controleer of de IRQ/adresinstellingen van deze apparaten de oorzaak zijn van het conflict en pas dan de instellingen aan. Lees eerst de documentatie bij uw computer of bel de helpdesk van

•Zorg ervoor dat de communicatie/ synchronisatie tussen de ontvanger en de muis en het toetsenbord naar behoren tot stand is gekomen.
