K. PSPs may restrict incoming and/or outgoing calls at any specific PSP instrument in the interest of public safety and welfare
underthe following conditions: (Cont'd)
2. A notice of the restrictionsapplicable to a PSP instrument must be posted at the instrument. Theinformation must be
printed sufficiently large and posted close enough to the telephone to be easily readable from th e telephone.
3. Accessto 911 Emergency Service may not be prevented.
L. With the exception of PSP instruments locatedin confinement facilities where the administration has specifically requested
thatkeypad operation be blocked, the keypad of a PSP instrument must be keptopen and capable of transmitting tones or dial
pulsesat all times.
M. All keypadsof PSP instruments must be of standard twelve-key touchtone design. Eachnumerical key must be clearly and
permanentlyl abeled with both the numeral and its standard associated combination of upper case letters.
N. AllPSP instrumentsmust allow end users to access PSP refund and repair service at no charge.
A7.4.3Violations of Regulations
A. Whereany PSP equipment is used and/or connected in violationof this Tariff, the Company will promptly notifythe customer
inwriting of the violation.
B. Failure of the customer to discontinue such use or to correct the violation will result in the suspension or immediate
disconnectionof the customer's service until such time as the customer complies with the provisions ofthis Tariff.
