The fryer’s circuit breaker has been tripped.

machine and allow the shortening to cool.

 

 

 

 

 

The contactor is defective.

 

Replace the contactor.

 

 

 

A heating element is defective.

 

Replace the defective heating element.

 

 

 

The high-temperature limit control is defective.

 

Replace the high-temperature limit control.

 

 

The thermostat is out of adjustment.

Re-calibrate the thermostat. See Appendix B,

The thermostat is defective.
