To delete a Caller Display

When the Caller Display record is displayed;

Press DIAL button.

ÖThe phone automatically dials the displayed record.

When viewing the Caller Display records, press UP or DOWN button to find the record you wish to store.

When the record is displayed, press BOOK button.

ÖThe display shows the cursor blinking on the first digit of the number.

ÖTo modify the number, press UP or DOWN button to move the cursor to the number you want to change then input the new one or press ERASE button to delete.

Press BOOK button to confirm.

Input the name. See page 15 for entering letters.

ÖTo modify an existing name, press UP or DOWN button to move the cursor to the character you want to change then input the new one or press ERASE button to delete.

Press BOOK button again to save the Caller Display record into the Phonebook memory.

When the Caller Display record is displayed;

Press ERASE button.

ÖThe display prompts DELETE CALL?

Press ERASE button again to confirm.

Press EXIT button to return to the standby mode.
