Knife Sharpening Tips
•Clean and dry knives before sharpening.
•Do not attempt to sharpen serrated blades, as this will smooth their edges.

Care and Cleaning
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
1.Unplug the can opener before cleaning.
2.Remove the blade assembly by lifting the lever up and pulling the blade assembly out (A).
3.Wash the blade assembly in a dishwasher or by hand in warm, sudsy water; rinse and dry throughly.
4.Before replacing the blade assembly, wipe the can opener exterior and area around the drive wheel with a slightly damp cloth or sponge.
