Asistente de cambio de dispositivo

Acerca del asistente de cambio de dispositivo

Utilice el asistente de cambio de dispositivo para importar datos de un dispositivo BlackBerry®, un dispositivo Palm® o un dispositivo habilitado para Windows Mobile® a un nuevo dispositivo BlackBerry.

Si cambia de dispositivo BlackBerry, el asistente de cambio de dispositivo está diseñado para importar los mensajes de correo electrónico compatibles, los datos del organizador, las aplicaciones de terceros y las opciones de conexión de BlackBerry® Enterprise Server desde su dispositivo actual al nuevo.

Si cambia de un dispositivo Palm o un dispositivo habilitado para Windows Mobile a un dispositivo BlackBerry, el asistente de cambio de dispositivo está diseñado para importar los datos del organizador desde su dispositivo actual y compatible al nuevo dispositivo BlackBerry.

Requisitos previos: Asistente de cambio de dispositivo

Si cambia de un dispositivo Palm a un dispositivo BlackBerry, compruebe que el dispositivo Palm se sincroniza con Palm Desktop versión 4.0.1, Palm Desktop versión 4.1, Palm Desktop versión 4.1.4, o Palm Desktop versión 6.0.1. Compruebe que Palm Desktop está instalado en el ordenador.

Si cambia de un dispositivo habilitado para Windows Mobile a un dispositivo BlackBerrycompruebe que Microsoft ActiveSync® está instalado en el ordenador y que el dispositivo habilitado para Windows Mobile ejecuta Windows Mobile 2005/5.0 para Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2003 SE para Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2003 para Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2002 para Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2000 para Pocket PC, Windows Mobile SmartPhone software 2003 SE, Windows Mobile SmartPhone software 2003 o Windows Mobile SmartPhone software 2002.

Cambio de dispositivos

Compruebe que tiene instalada la versión más reciente de BlackBerry® Desktop Software.

1.Conecte el dispositivo al ordenador.

2.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

3.Haga clic en Asistente de cambio de dispositivo.

4.Haga clic en Inicio.

5.Siga las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla.

Si está cambiando de un dispositivo BlackBerry asociado con BlackBerry® Internet Service, en el asistente de configuración del nuevo dispositivo BlackBerry, abra la pantalla de configuración del correo electrónico. Actualice el PIN del dispositivo.
