Resolución de problemas de conexión

El estado de la conexión no es correcto

Trate de realizar las acciones siguientes:

Si la barra de estado de BlackBerry® Desktop Manager indica que su dispositivo está conectado cuando el dispositivo BlackBerry no está conectado al equipo, conecte el dispositivo y desconéctelo de nuevo. Si la barra de estado sigue indicando que el dispositivo está conectado, reinicie BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Si la barra de estado de BlackBerry Desktop Manager muestra "Ninguno" cuando el dispositivo está conectado al equipo, compruebe en la pantalla de configuración de conexión que se ha seleccionado el puerto de comunicaciones correcto. Es posible que el equipo haya reasignado el puerto de comunicaciones que está utilizando para conectar el dispositivo.

Mi ordenador no puede detectar el dispositivo

Trate de realizar las acciones siguientes:

Compruebe que el dispositivo BlackBerry® se encuentra conectado al equipo.

Compruebe que el cable USB o el soporte que está utilizando para conectar el dispositivo al ordenador no está dañado.

Si está intentando conectar el dispositivo al ordenador utilizando la tecnología Bluetooth®, compruebe que el dispositivo se encuentra en el área de alcance del ordenador (suele ser de 10 metros aproximadamente).

Desactivar las aplicaciones de sincronización o los programas anti-virus temporalmente.

Compruebe que no está ejecutando software de búsqueda de puertos de comunicación en el ordenador.
