Configuración del correo electrónico

Requisitos previos: Cifrado nativo de IBM Lotus Notes

Compruebe que el dispositivo BlackBerry® está ejecutando BlackBerry® Device Software, versión 4.1 o posterior.

Verifique que su dispositivo está asociado a una cuenta de correo electrónico que utiliza BlackBerry® Enterprise Server versión 4.1 o posterior para IBM® Lotus® Domino®.

Compruebe que el ordenador está ejecutando IBM® Lotus Notes® versión 7.0 o posterior con una cuenta de correo electrónico en el servidor IBM Lotus Domino, versión 7.0 o posterior.

Cómo activar el cifrado nativo de IBM Lotus Notes

1.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

2.Haga clic en Opciones.

3.Haga clic en Opciones de Lotus Notes.

4.Haga clic en Avanzadas.

5.Haga clic en Importar ID de Notes.

Para dejar de usar el archivo de identificación de IBM® Lotus Notes® para cifrar mensajes de correo electrónico, haga clic en Eliminar ID de Notes.

Cambio de la contraseña del ID de IBM Lotus Notes

1.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

2.Haga clic en Opciones.

3.Haga clic en Opciones de Lotus Notes.

4.Haga clic en Avanzadas.

5.Haga clic en Cambiar contraseña.

Modificación de las opciones del perfil de correo electrónico (Microsoft Outlook)

1.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

2.Haga clic en Configuración del correo electrónico.

3.En el panel izquierdo, haga clic en Avanzado.

4.Haga clic en Configuración del perfil.

5.Lleve a cabo una de las siguientes acciones:

Para seleccionar un perfil de correo electrónico cada vez que abra BlackBerry Desktop Manager, seleccione la opción Solicitar el perfil que se utilizará.

Para no tener que seleccionar un perfil de correo electrónico cada vez que abra BlackBerry Desktop Manager, seleccione la opción Utilizar siempre este perfil.

6.Haga clic en Aceptar.

Si BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector está en ejecución, deberá reiniciar BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
