Sincronización de certificados

Visualización de la información de estado de un certificado

1.Conecte el dispositivo BlackBerry® al ordenador.

2.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

3.Haga clic en Sincronizar certificados.

4.Haga clic con el botón derecho en un certificado. Haga clic en Ver certificado.

5.Haga clic en Ruta de certificación.

El campo Estado del certificado muestra la información de estado del certificado.

Descarga automática de certificados para los contactos de la libreta de direcciones

Verifique que se ha agregado un servidor de certificados LDAP a la herramienta de sincronización de certificados de BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

PRECAUCIÓN: La descarga automática de certificados para todos los contactos de la libreta de direcciones utiliza muchos recursos de la red, lo que puede dar lugar a un rendimiento reducido del ordenador o de la red. Antes de realizar esta tarea, póngase en contacto con el administrador.

1.Conecte el dispositivo BlackBerry al ordenador.

2.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

3.Haga clic en Sincronizar certificados.

4.Haga clic en Opciones.

5.En la ficha Servidores LDAP, active la casilla de verificación Utilizar el contenido de la libreta de direcciones del dispositivo al buscar en los servidores LDAP.

6.Haga clic en Aceptar.

Cada vez que inicie la herramienta de sincronización de certificados, ésta consulta en todos los servidores de certificados LDAP que se han agregado a la herramienta de sincronización de certificados y recupera los certificados de los contactos de la libreta de direcciones del dispositivo.

Descarga de un certificado desde un servidor de certificados LDAP

Verifique que se ha agregado un servidor de certificados LDAP a la herramienta de sincronización de certificados de BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

1.Conecte el dispositivo BlackBerry al ordenador.

2.Abra BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.

3.Haga clic en Sincronizar certificados.

4.En la ficha Certificados de otras personas, haga clic en Encontrar en LDAP.

5.Active la casilla de verificación que aparece junto a uno o más servidores de certificados LDAP.

6.Especifique los criterios de búsqueda.

7.Haga clic en Buscar ahora.

8.Haga clic en un certificado.

9.Haga clic en Marcar para agregar.
