3.4 Fallback Mode
In fallback operation, the C900V2 connects the
PSTN directly to the dialer, bypassing itself from
the phone circuit. Intercept Mode is maintained
only if the C900V2 processor operates and there
are no errors. Fallback Mode is ensured if a CPU
lockup occurs.
3.5 Dialer Interaction
Table 8 shows the conditions causing the C900V2
to change to Fallback Mode. The C900V2 returns
to Intercept Mode only when all conditions in the
Intercept Mode Restored column are met.
