U.S.A. models only--Section 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA No.70-1981, provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mount and supporting structure, grounding of the coax to a discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode.

22.To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, this apparatus should not be exposed to rain or moisture and objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should not be placed on this apparatus.

23.Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. A lithium battery is located inside the enclosure of this recorder. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. Dispose of the replaced battery in an environmentally friendly way.

Cleaning

You can clean the unit with a moist fluff-free cloth or shammy leather cloth.
