Turning TX Lock off

Press Menu/Set.

Enter the registered 4-di git password.

Press Menu/Set.

TX lock is automatically turned off.

Faxing letter size document s from the scanner glass

When documents are letter size, you need to set Scan Glass Size to

letter, if you do not, the side portion of the faxes will be missing.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 2, 0.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Letter (or A4).

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

If you enter the wrong Passw ord, the LCD shows Wrong

Password and stays offline. The MFC will stay in TX Lock Mode

until the registered password is entered.
