Setting the Ring Volume 3

You can turn the ring to Off or you can

choose the ring volume level. This setting will

stay until you change it again.

aPress d or c.

aPress Menu.

bPress a or b to choose

General Setup.

Press OK.

cPress a or b to choose Volume.

Press OK.

dPress a or b to choose Ring.

Press OK.

ePress a or b to choose Low, Med,

High or Off.

Press OK.

fPress Stop/Exit.

Setting the Beeper Volume 3

You can change the beeper volume. The

factory setting is Low. When the beeper is on,

the machine will beep when you press a key,

make a mistake or after you send or receive

a fax.

aPress Menu.

bPress a or b to choose

General Setup.

Press OK.

cPress a or b to choose Volume.

Press OK.

dPress a or b to choose Beeper.

Press OK.

ePress a or b to choose Low, Med,

High or Off

Press OK.

fPress Stop/Exit.

You can adjust the machine's one-way

speaker volume.

bPress a or b to choose

General Setup.

Press OK.

cPress a or b to choose Volume.

Press OK.

dPress a or b to choose Speaker.

High or Off.
