* Disk usage-Unless otherwise specified, use perforated disk assembly (factory-supplied in loose parts bag).

#If one disk is stated, separate 2 halves of perforated disk assembly and use shouldered disk half. When using shouldered disk half, install screen side toward inlet box.

† Wide radius elbow.

‡ Vent sizing for Canadian installations over 4500 ft (1370 M) above sea level are subject to acceptance by the local authorities having jurisdiction. NA-Not Allowed; pressure switch will not make.

NOTES:

1.Do not use pipe size greater than those specified in table or incomplete combustion, flame disturbance, or flame sense lockout may occur.

2.Size both the combustion-air and vent pipe independently, then use the larger diameter for both pipes.

3.Assume two 45° elbows equal one 90° elbow. Wide radius elbows are desirable and may be required in some cases.

4.Elbows and pipe sections within the furnace casing and at the vent termination should not be included in vent length or elbow count.

5.The minimum pipe length is 5 ft (1.5 M) for all applications.

6.Use 3-in. (76 mm) diameter vent termination kit for installations requiring 4-in (102 mm) diameter pipe.

353AAV specifications

The Bryant 353AAV is a high-efficiency, two-stage gas furnace designed to provide consistent heating and energy savings for residential spaces. With its advanced technology and robust features, the 353AAV is an ideal choice for homeowners looking to enhance their comfort while minimizing energy costs.

One of the main features of the Bryant 353AAV is its two-stage heating capability. This technology allows the furnace to operate at a lower, more efficient capacity most of the time, which not only enhances comfort by reducing temperature fluctuations but also decreases energy consumption. During peak demand, the unit can ramp up to a higher output, ensuring quick warmth when necessary.

Equipped with a variable-speed blower motor, the Bryant 353AAV improves airflow and overall system efficiency. This motor adjusts the speed based on the heating needs of the home, providing steady, even distribution of warm air. This feature reduces noise levels typically associated with traditional furnaces and enhances overall comfort by minimizing hot and cold spots.

The 353AAV also boasts an impressive Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) rating, often exceeding 90%. This high AFUE indicates that a significant portion of fuel is converted into usable heat, making it an environmentally-friendly option that also saves homeowners money on utility bills. Additionally, this model is compatible with smart thermostat technology, allowing for easy and efficient climate control through mobile devices.

Durability and reliability are also key characteristics of the Bryant 353AAV. The furnace is constructed with high-quality materials, including a corrosion-resistant heat exchanger and a sturdy cabinet designed to withstand the test of time. Bryant backs the 353AAV with a 10-year limited warranty on parts, providing peace of mind for homeowners.

Finally, the Bryant 353AAV is designed with quiet operation in mind. Features like the insulated cabinet and noise-reducing blower motor contribute to a quieter home environment, making this model ideal for families and those sensitive to noise.

In summary, the Bryant 353AAV combines energy efficiency, advanced technology, and robust construction to offer homeowners a reliable heating solution. With its two-stage heating, variable-speed blower motor, high AFUE rating, and quiet operation, this gas furnace stands out as a top choice in residential heating systems.
