Press the DIRECTORYbutton to enter the

directory.

Use the UPor DOWN button to find the

entry you want to dial.

To search alphabetically, press the relevant

keypad number, for example to find TOM,

press the 8button and scroll through the

entries under T.

Press the GREENPHONE button to dial

the number.

Press the DOWNbutton until PHONE BK

is displayed.

Press OKto confirm.

Use the UPor DOWN button to scroll to

EDIT.

Press OKto confirm.

Use the UPor DOWN button to find the

entry you want to amend.

Press OKto confirm.

Use the Cbutton to delete numbers or

letters.

Edit the entry using the numbers/letters on

the keypad.

Press the OKbutton to store the new entr y.

The display will then show DONE.

Press the Cbutton twiceto exit.

To dial a number from the directoryTo edit directory numbers

Directory

Press the UPor DOWN button until the

display shows PHONEBK.

Press the OKbutton.

Press the DOWNbutton until the display

shows DELETE.

Press the OKbutton.

Use the UPor DOWN button to select the

name and number you want to delete.

Press the OKbutton to delete.

The directory name and number has been

deleted.

The display will show DONE.

(If there are no numbers in the directory to

delete, the display will show EMPTY.

Press the Cbutton twiceto exit.

Entering names

Use the keypad letters to enter names by

using a long press of the button, i.e. if you

press and hold the 2button the following

characters appear, T, U, V. You can enter

names of up to 8 characters.

For example, if you wish to store the name

TOM:

To enter the letter T, press 8the cursor will

automatically move to the right and display

the next chosen letter.

To enter O, press 6and hold.

To enter the M, press 6.

If you enter a digit incorrectly you can

delete it by pressing the Cbutton.

Press OKto confirm.

Enter the telephone number you want to

store.

Press OKto confirm.

The display will then show DONE.

Press the Cbutton twiceto exit.
