5.Ta kurven opp fra oljen så snart maten er ferdig kokt. Rist forsiktig over oljegryten for å få bort eventuell overflødig olje.

ADVARSEL: Maten og oljen er meget varm! Vær forsiktig når kurven fjernes da det kan dryppe varm olje.

Tilbakestilling for termisk utkopling

Buffalo stekegryter er utstyrt med termisk utkopling. Skulle temperaturen overskride trygge nivåer, vil apparatet automatisk kople ut strømmen.

For å tilbakestille apparatet etter en tilstrekkelig nedkjølingsperiode:

1.Skru løst dekslet på sikkerhet utkoplingsbryteren.

2.Trykk den lille tilbakestillingsbryteren ned til den klikker ved å bruke en innretning med sløv spiss.

3.Apparatet er nå tilbakestilt og kan bli brukt på normal måte.

Rengjøring, stell og vedlikehold

•Skru alltid av apparatet og koble fra strømforsyningen før det rengjøres.

•La apparatet kjøle seg ned før det rengjøres.

•For best ytelse, anbefaler BUFFALO at apparatet blir rengjort hver dag etter bruk.

Merknad: Unngår du å gjøre apparatet rent regelmessig, kan dette resultere i for tidlig aktivering av den termiske utkoplingsbryteren.

•Tøm ut oljen for å gjøre apparatet grundig rent.

Merknad: L300/L301 stekegryter er utstyrt med kran foran for å kunne drenere oljen fra gryten.

•Hvis oljen skal brukes på nytt, vil filtrering av oljen før den fylles i gryten igjen forlenge levetiden på matoljen.

•Vær forsiktig med bruk av skrape til fjerning av fastbrente matrester. Skraper kan skade varmeplatene.

•Tørk godt etter rengjøring.

•Nødvendige reparasjoner bør utføres av en BUFFALO forhandler, eller en fagmann.
