La videocamera scatta continuamente fotografie senza alcun soggetto

La videocamera presenta il cosiddetto "falso attivatore": il sensore PIR ritiene che vi sia movimento e calore davanti alle lenti della videocamera pur in assenza di alcun soggetto nell'immagine. I "falsi attivatori" sono la conseguenza del posizionamento della videocamera in un ambiente in cui avvengono movimenti provocati dai rami degli alberi che creano movimento davanti alla videocamera oppure in un'area caratterizzata da forte calore nella zona del primo piano dove qualsiasi movimento del vento potrebbe attivare la videocamera. Il posizionamento della videocamera sull'acqua è un'altra possibile causa di tale problema. Come porre rimedio a tale situazione:

1.Provare a spostare la videocamera in un'area in cui non sussistono tali problematiche oppure provare a modificare il livello del sensore nel menu delle impostazioni.

2.Laddove la videocamera continui a scattare foto in assenza di soggetti, provare a posizionare la videocamera in un ambiente interno e puntarla verso un'area in cui non vi è movimento.

3.Laddove il problema persista, è probabile che siano presenti anomalie a livello delle componenti elettroniche della videocamera. In tal caso, rivolgersi al servizio assistenza clienti per inviare la videocamera in riparazione.

La durata della batteria è minore di quanto previsto

1.La durata della batteria varierà in funzione della temperatura operativa e dal numero di immagini riprese. Solitamente, la Trophy Cam potrà scattare diverse migliaia di immagini prima dell’esaurimento delle batterie.

2.Controllare se sono state usate batterie alcaline o a Litio nuove. Al fine di garantire la durata massima della batteria nella presente Trophy Cam, Bushnell raccomanda l'impiego di 12 batterie Energizer® al litio tipo AA.
