Para testar se a Trophy Cam pode monitorar efectivamente a área que escolher, este teste é recomendado para verificar o ângulo de captação e distância de monitoramente da Trophy Cam. Para executar o teste:

•Mude a Trophy Cam para o modo CONFIGURAÇÃO.

•Faça os movimentos na frente da câmara em diversas posições dentro da área onde você espera que a caça ou objectos apareçam. Tente distâncias e ângulos diferentes da câmara.

•Se o LED do indicador de movimento pisca indica que a posição pode ser percebida. Se não piscar, esta posição está fora da área de percepção.

Os resultados que testar o auxiliarão a encontrar o melhor local ao montar e direccionar a Trophy Cam. A altura distante do terreno para colocar o dispositivo deve variar com o tamanho apropriado do animal. Em geral, é pereferido de 3 a 6 pés.

Poderá evitar eventuais falsos disparos devido a distúrbios de movimento e de temperatura na frente da câmara tendo o cuidado de não a posicionar virada para uma fonte de calor ou de arbustos ou ramos de árvores próximos (especialmente em dias com muito vento).

Ligar a máquina (ON)

Ao mudar para o modo ON, O LED do indicador de movimento (vermelho) piscará por aproximadamente 10 segundos. Isto dará tempo para fechar e bloquear a tampa frontal da Trophy Cam e depois sair do local. Durante este período, o indicador LED de movimento piscará em vermelho continuamente.
