| Module | The unique integer identiÞer of the module where |

| this port is located. This number is the same as the |

| slot number in which the module is installed. |

| Port | The unique integer identiÞer of this port within its |

| module. This value is determined by the location of |

| the port on the module. |

|
| Route Group | The IP route group to which this port belongs. |
|
|
|
| IP Addr | The IP address of this port. |
|
|
|
| Net Mask | The subnet mask of this port. |
|
|
|
| Broadcast | The broadcast address of this port. |
|
|
|
| Bridge Group | The bridge group to which this port belongs. |

Community Strings
This view lists the community strings and allows you to change the access levels. When an SNMP message is received by the Catalyst Switch, the messageÕs community string is compared with this table to determine the access rights of the messageÕs sender.
To access this view, do the following:
1.Within the Application view, highlight the CATStackApp icon (icon mode) or model type name (list mode).
2.From the Icon Subviews menu, select Community Strings.
