For T(Indoor) or U(Outdoor) Setting:
1. Set the program selector to Q.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Select [INDOOR T] or [OUTDOOR U].
“T” or “U” appears.
5. Close the menu.
For Custom White Balance:
1. Set the program selector to Q.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Point the camcorder at a white object (such as a sheet of paper), zoom
in until it fills the whole screen and select [SET W].
•Wflashes and stops flashing when settings is complete.
•Depending on the light source, Wmay keep flashing. The result will still be better
than with the auto setting.
5. Close the menu.
