Enabling Live View Shooting
Set [Live View shoot.] to[Enable].
In Basic Zone modes, [Live View
shoot.] willbe displayed under [t_-'], and
in Creative Zone modes, itwill be
displayed under [_i].

During Live View shooting, do not point the lens toward the sun. The
sun's heat can damage the camera's internal components.

When flash is used. therewill be two shutter sounds, but only oneshot
will be taker
Ifthe camera is not operated for a prolonged period, the power wil! turn
offautomatically as set with [_'" Auto power off] (p. 167). If[_'" Auto
power oft] is set to [Oft], the Live Vie' vfunction wil! terminate
automatically after 30 min. (camera power remains on).
With the AVcable (provided) or HDMI cable (soldseparately), you car
display the Live View image on a TV (p.2!8, 221).
