Viewing Individual Images in a Group

Grouped images shot in [] mode (=65) are generally displayed together, but they can also be viewed individually.

1 Choose an image group.

zzPress the <q><r> buttons to choose an

image labeled [].

2Choose [].

zzPress the <m> button, and then choose [] in the menu (=28).

3View individual images in the group.

zzPressing the <q><r> buttons will display only images in the group.

zzTo cancel group playback, press the <m> button, choose [] in the menu, and press the <m> button again (=28).

During group playback (step 3), you can use the menu functions accessed by pressing the <m> button. You can also browse through images quickly “Navigating Through Images in an Index” (=87) and magnify them “Magnifying Images” (=91). You can protect, erase, or print all images in a group at once or add them to a photobook by choosing [All Images in Group] in “Protecting Images” (=93), “Erasing All Images” (=96), “Adding Images to the Print List (DPOF)” (=150), or “Adding Images to a Photobook” (=153).

To ungroup images so that you can view them individually, press the <n> button, choose [Group Images] on the [1] tab, and then choose [Off]

(=29). However, grouped images cannot be ungrouped during individual playback.
