Turning the Flash On

You can make the flash fire every time you shoot. At maximum wide angle, the flash range is approximately 75 cm – 3.5 m (2.5 – 11.5 ft.), and at maximum telephoto, it is 1.0 – 2.0 m (3.3 – 6.6 ft.)

Choose h.

After pressing the rbutton, press the qr buttons or turn the  dial to choose h, then press the m button.

Once set, h will appear.

The setting screen does not appear even when you press r.

The flash is lowered. Raise the flash manually.

Changing the Focus Range (Macro)

Choose e.

After pressing the qbutton, press the qr buttons or turn the  dial to choose e, then press the m button.

Once set, e will appear.
