Using the Custom Preset
You can define preset levels for 23 recording specifications used when recording on tape (17 when recording still images on the memory card). Up to 9 custom preset files can be saved on the camcorder (custom preset files 7 - 9 are predefined files) and up to 20 on a memory card. Custom preset files can be copied from the camcorder to the memory card and vice versa. Also, the custom preset settings currently in effect can be embedded within a still image of the scene recorded on the memory card. This camcorder’s custom preset files are not compatible with the XL H1’s custom preset files.
