Attach the Upper Leg Supports to the cart assembly by slipping the ends of the tubes into the ends of the legs. Secure the

3 Upper Leg Supports with 4 each, 1/4-20x3/4" Machine Screws.

With aid of a helper, turn the Cart Assembly over and allow it to rest on the Upper Leg Supports.

4 Insert a Cotter Pin into one end of the Axle Rod. Then slip an Axle Washer onto the Axle Rod, Followed by one of the Wheels. Next, insert the Axle Rod through both RH leg Tubes. Install the remaining Wheel, Axle Washer and Cotter Pin.
