Procedure

Step 1 Verifythat you are in a conference.

Step 2 Pressand releasethe hookswitch.

Theparty who joinedlast is droppedfrom theconference.

Hookflashallows you to activate features on your phone by quickly pressing and releasing the hookswitch

buttonon thephone cradlerest.

Activate Features with Hookflash

Youcan use hookflash to:

• Answer a call

• Initiate a conference call

• Remove a conference participant

Hold

Holdallows you to put an active call into a held state.

Hold Call

Procedure

Step 1 Toput a call on hold, press the Hold/Resume button .

Theparty that is put on hold hears the preset music.

Step 2 Toresume the call, press the Hold/Resume button .
