COBRAELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants that
itsCOBRA CB Radios, and the component parts thereof,
willbe free of defects in workmanship and materials for
periodof one (1) year from the date of first consumer
purchase.This warranty may be enforcedby the first
consumerpurchaser, provided that the productis utilized
withinthe U.S.A.
COBRAwill, without charge, repair orreplace, at its
option,defective CB radios, products orcomponent par ts
upondelivery to the COBRA factory Service Depar tment,
accompaniedby proof of the date of first consumer
purchase,such as a duplicated copy of a sales receipt.
Youmust pay any initial shipping charges required to ship
theproduct forwarranty service, but thereturn charges
willbe at Cobra's expense, if the product is repaired or
replacedunder warranty.
Thiswarranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
alsohave other rights which vary from state to state.
Exclusions:This limited warranty does not apply;
1)to any product damaged by accident; 2) in the
eventof misuse or abuse of the product or as a result of
unauthorizedalterations or repairs; 3) if the serial number
hasbeen altered, defaced or removed;4) if the owner of
theproduct resides outside the U.S.A.
Allimplied warranties, including warrantiesof
merchantabilityand fitness for a particular purpose
arelimited in duration to the length of this warranty.
COBRAshall not be liable for any incidental,
consequentialor other damages;including,without
limitation,damagesresultingfrom loss of use or costof
installation.
Somestates do not allow limitations on how
longan implied warranty lasts and/or do not
allowthe exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequentialdamages, so the above limitations
maynot apply to you.
