Setup
SETTINGS
1.Enter the setup mode.
2.Press the joystick up/down to select a setting: Backlight, language, PowerDown, Format, Version, Upgrade, Speaker.
3.Press the joystick left/right to adjust a setting. Press th e joystick (OK button) to perform an action.
BACKLIGHT
Set the time the backlight remains on (off, 5sec, 10sec, 20sec, 30sec, 1min, 5min, on).
LANGUAGE
Set the language (English, German, Spanish, Portuguese).
POWER DOWN
The player will automatically turn off after being idle for a certain amount of time. Set the time the player automatically turns off (never, 1min, 2min, 5min).
FORMAT
Formatting the player will erase all of the data stored on the player. Backup any files that you want to keep before formatting.
VERSION
Display the version information of the player: Firmware Version, DRAM, ROM, ID).

UPGRADE
1.Copy the upgrade file to the "Sys" folder. You can download the file from our website: www.cobyusa.com
2.Connect the AC/DC adapter.
3.Enter the setup mode, and select "Upgrade".
4.Press the joystick (OK button), and select "YES".
5.Press the joystick (OK button) to confirm, and a windo w showing the progress of the upgrade will be displayed .
6.When the upgrading is finished, the player will automatically turn off. Turn on the player, and the new firmware will be loaded .
SPEAKER
1.Enter the setup mode, and press the joystick up to go to the other settings page.
2."Speaker" will be selected.
3.Press the joystick left/right to turn the speaker on/off .
