OpenVMS Concurrent Use Licenses are not specific to a single system and can be moved between systems at user discretion. OpenVMS Concurrent Use Licenses can also be shared in a mixed OpenVMS VAX and OpenVMS Alpha Cluster. The OpenVMS traditional unlimited use license is system specific and can only be used on one single system at a time. It can not be shared between systems or in an OpenVMS VAX or OpenVMS Alpha Cluster.
