How to get service
To obtain warranty service, register your product at www.contour.com within 180 days from the date you purchased this product. If service is required, you may be instructed to deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the company and provide proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt which evidences that the unit is within the warranty period. Contour will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the product. Please do not return the product to Contour unless specifically instructed to do so.
