Please replace the filter with a genuine filter following the replacement cycle.

A coordinator from Woongjin Coway Ltd, Co.’s will visit you directly and replace the filter.

If the filter is not regularly replaced, it may degrade the water quality of the product.

The filter change cycle may vary within the range of the expected replacement cycle depending on the water feed quality.

The filter replacement cycle is determined on an average 10 ℓ (4 person family) per day for home use.
