Trouble

Does not start

Frequent blowing of fuses

		Possible	Cause(s)			Correctlve	Action
1.	Motor/blade	control	disengaged.	1.	Engage	motorlblede	control.
2.	Extension cord disconnected.			2.	Be sure that the extension cord is plugged
					into the outlet and the lawn mower
					switch plug.
3.	Blown fuse	or a tripped circuit breaker.		3.	Check to see if a fuse has been blown or
					a circuit breaker tripped in your
					electrical	box.
4.	Motorlblade	control	switch defective.	4.	Replace	motorlblade	control switch.
1.	Cutting too	much grass.		1.	Set in "Higher Cut"		position.
2.	Circuit overloaded.			2.	Do not use a higher rated fuse without

consulting your power company.

If condition persists (be sure circuit is not overloaded), have your unit checked by your nearest Authorized Sears Service Dealer.

1.Cutting toe much grass.
