string, and pull on the drawstring until the bag is tight around the chute opening. Release plunger to lock it into position See figure 5,

OPERATINGCONTROLS(See figure 6)
RELEASE BAR--Used to release the hopper when raising or lowering
CHOKE LEVER--Used to enrich the fuel mixture in the carburetor when starting a cold engine.
STARTER HANDLE--Usedto manually start the engine,
ENGINE SHUT-OFF SWITCH--Used to stop the engine.
FUEL SHUT-OFF VALVE--Used to stop the flow of fuel into the carburetor (located beneath the fuel tank)
