increase the blade speed, push the throttle control lever forward.

To stop O the engine, make sure the depth control lever is all the way forward and release the engine control lever to the stop position or push the throttle control lever to stop I_!. See figure on page 6.

Z_ WARNING: Never run the engine indoors or in a poorly ventilated area. Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, an odorless and deadly gas. Keep hands, feet, hair and loose clothing away from any moving parts on the engine or Edger. Avoid the muffler and surrounding areas. Tem- peraturas may exceed 150 ° F.

EDGING TIPS

Edging is best performed when conditions are dry. If the soil is too wet, dirt becomes packed in and around the blade causing premature belt wear and decreased performance.

If dirt does become packed around the blade, stop the engine, remove the spark plug wire, and remove the packed debris before continuing to edge.

If very deep edging is required, we recommend that a shallow cut be made first, then cuts at greater depth until the desired depth is obtained.

Uniform edging can be performed when the blade guide (see figure on page 6) rides on and against the surface which you are edging.

Edging can be customized by varying the number of passes and by the distance your blade is from the surface you are edging.

536.7722 specifications

The Craftsman 536.7722 is a versatile and robust snow blower that has become a favorite among homeowners for its efficiency and reliability in clearing snow during harsh winter months. This model is designed to handle various snow conditions, making it an ideal choice for those living in areas with heavy snowfall.

One of the standout features of the Craftsman 536.7722 is its powerful engine. It is equipped with a reliable 5.5 horsepower engine that provides ample power to tackle even the toughest snow accumulation. The engine is designed for easy start-up, ensuring that users can get to work quickly without the fuss of traditional pull-start mechanisms.

The snow blower features a 22-inch clearing width, allowing it to efficiently clear paths, driveways, and sidewalks in a single pass. This larger width reduces the time and effort needed to clear snow, making it an efficient choice for both small and medium-sized areas. The adjustable chute is another highlight of the Craftsman 536.7722. It allows users to control the direction and distance the snow is thrown, with a rotation capability of up to 190 degrees. This feature enables precise snow removal and prevents the need for repeated passes over the same areas.

The Craftsman 536.7722 is also equipped with an innovative auger system, which enhances its snow-clearing capabilities. The heavy-duty auger is designed to break down and scoop up snow with ease, ensuring that even packed snow can be cleared effectively. The snow blower operates with a two-stage system, which means the auger collects the snow and sends it to an impeller that throws it out of the chute, allowing for efficient snow dispersal.

In addition to its performance features, the Craftsman 536.7722 is built with comfort in mind. The ergonomic handles are designed for ease of use, and they can be adjusted to suit different user heights. The snow blower’s compact design allows for easy maneuverability in tight spaces, making it ideal for residential use.

Overall, the Craftsman 536.7722 combines power, efficiency, and user-friendly features, making it a reliable tool for anyone looking to keep their property clear of snow throughout the winter season. With its robust construction and advanced technology, this snow blower stands out as a top contender in the market for homeowners seeking effective snow removal solutions.
