Fill fuel

several

before attempting to start.

Replace

spark

plug.

Clean/replace

 

air filter.

Replace

fuel

filter.

Drain

fuel

tank

and

 

carburetor,

refill tank with

 

fresh

gasoline

and replace

 

fuel filter.

Hard to start

Clutch/brake pedal not depressed.
