Whatgoesintothelower basket?

Werecommendyouplacethemost difficultdishestowashintothelower basket:saucepans,lids,soupdishesand plates(aloadexampleisshowninthe photo).

•Serving dishes and large lids: place them on the sides of the basket.

•Saucepans,saladbowls: must alwaysbeplacedupsidedown

•Very deep dishes: place them obliquely,thusallowingwatertorun downthemandcleaningthembetter

Placethecutlerywiththehandlesatthe bottom;ifthebasketistheonewithside inserts,theninserttheteaspoonsone byoneintotheslots.

It is best if you place longer utensils horizontally at the front of the upper basket.

Afterloadingthedishes,rememberto checkthatthe sprayarmscanturnfreely withouthittingagainstanydishes.

•Delicate/decorativeglasswareandvases,specialantiqueorirreplaceablechina-thedecorativepatternsprintedonthese itemswillnotbedishwasherproof.

•Plasticobjectsthatarenotresistanttohotwater.

•CopperandPewterutensils.AluminiumandSliverobjects.

•Sometypesofglasscanbecomeopaqueinappearanceaftertheyhavebeenwashedtoomanytimesinadishwasher.

•Highlyabsorbentmaterialssuchasspongesandtowelsshouldneverbeplacedinadishwasher.

•Ifinanydoubt,checkwiththemanufactureronitemssuitabilityfordishwasher’s.

WARNING:Dishesorcutlerysoiledwithtobaccoash,wax,lubricatinggreaseorpaintshouldnotbeputinthe dishwasher.
