Unplugtheappliance.
Beforecarryingoutanycleaningor maintenance on the dishwasher, always remove the plug from the electricitysocket.
Aftereverywash.
When the wash cycle has ended, alwaysremembertoturnoffthewater supplytapandtoleavetheappliance doorajar.Thisway,moistureandbad odourswillnotbetrappedinside.
Thefilterassembly
•Ifyouwantconsistentgoodresults fromyourdishwasher,youneedto cleanthefilterassembly.
•Removethelargerfoodparticles trappedinsidethecup“C”andthe
•Theentirefilterassemblyshouldbe cleanedthoroughlyonceamonth:cup
Forcleaning,useanonmetallicbrush. Reassemblethefilterparts(asshown

inthefigure)andreinsertthewhole assemblyintothedishwasher.Position it into its housing and press downwards.
The dishwasher is not to be used withoutfilters.Improperreplacement ofthefiltersmayreducetheefficiency ofthewashandevendamageyour dishwasher.
Cleaningthesprayarms.
Foodresiduemaybecomeencrusted ontothesprayarmsandblockthe holeswherewatercomesout.Check thesprayarmsregularlyandclean themonceinawhile.
CleaningtheWaterInletFilter
Periodicallycleanthewaterinletfilter (see figure 2 under "Installation") located on the outlet of the water supplytap.Afterturningoffthewater tap, unscrew the end of the water supplyhose,removethefilterand cleanitcarefullyunderrunningwater. Then,returnthefiltertoitsplaceand tightenthewatersupplyhosebackinto position.
Theseals.
One of the factors that cause unpleasantodourstoforminsidethe dishwasher is food that remains trappedintheseals.Periodiccleaning usingadampspongewillpreventthis fromoccurring.
DONOTusesolventsorabrasivesto cleantheexteriorandrubberpartsof yourappliance,donotusesolventsor abrasivecleaningproducts.Usea clothdampenedwithlukewarmsoapy wateronly.
Ifthereareanystainsonthesurface oftheapplianceinterior,useacloth dampenedwithwaterandalittlewhite vinegar, or a cleaning product specificallymadefordishwashers.
Goingaway
Ifthedishwasherisnotgoingtobe used for some time, carry out the following:
•run a cycle with the dishwasher empty.
•switchoffattheelectricalsocketand unplug.
•turn off the water supply tap, disconnecttheinlethoseandallow todrain.
•filltherinseaiddispenser.
•leavethedoorajar,topreventthe build up of unpleasant odours insidethedishwasher.
Beforeusingthedishwasheraftera longbreak,pluginandswitchonat theelectricalsocket.Reconnectthe inlethoseandturnonthewatersupply tap.Checktherearenodepositsof rustinsidethewaterpipe,ifthereare allowwatertorunfromthesupplytap forafewminutes.
Disconnectingthedishwasher. Whendisconnectingthedishwasher itisimportantthattasksarecarried outinthecorrectsequence.
•switchoffatthemainsandremove theplugfromthesocket.
•turnoffthewatersupply.
•disconnect drain and water inlet hose.
•pulloutthedishwasher,carefully, withdrawinghosesatthesame time.
Movingtheappliance.
Drain water from the dishwasher. Securealllooseparts.Onlytransport inanuprightposition.
•Ifnotkeptuprightduringtransport, anywaterremaininginsidemay seepintothecontrolmoduleand cause subsequent errors with programmefunctions.
