SEQUENCE OF OPERATION IMPINGER ADVANTAGE

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WITH POWER OFF Turn motor to check for locked
Centrifugal switch of burner
present, check for 24VAC at wire #20 output of
off valve is located between valve assembly and
adjustment. With the control set at maximum
temperature, check for 120VAC at the temperature
temperature reading, but the oven will not heat
WITH POWER ON AND THERMOCOUPLE
WITH POWER OFF Check the motor windings as
before testing
Switch, conveyor reversing
motor, capacitor, and reversing switch check good
REMOVAL, INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENTS
IMPINGER ADVANTAGE SERIES
FAN SPIDER FAN HUB CONE
NOTE MEASUREMENT MUST BE
THERMOSTAT, COOLING FAN - REPLACEMENT
1.Shut off power at main breaker
3.Remove lead wires and mark for reassembly
BURNER BLOWER MOTOR - REPLACEMENT
6.Remove incoming nipple
BURNER IGNITOR - REPLACEMENT
1.Shut off power at main breaker
3.Remove burner assembly. SEE BURNER ASSY
THERMOCOUPLE - REPLACEMENT
1.Shut off power at oven switch
MAIN ORIFICE - REPLACEMENT
1.Shut off power at main breaker
6.Remove assembly and replace main orifice
