ASSEMBLY

IMPORTANT: This unit is shipped with oil in the engine. After assembly, see OPERATION section of this manual for fuel and engine oil details.

NOTE: Reference to right and left hand side of the mower is observed from the operating position.

This pedestrian controlled wide area mower has been completely assembled at the factory.

TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY

A tire Gauge

REMOVING THE UNIT FROM THE CRATE

1.Cut straps securing unit to pallet.

2.Remove any protective packaging and plastic tie straps.

REMOVING THE CHUTE STRAP

1.Locate the chute strap which secures the discharge chute in a vertical position.

2.Pull chute back towards the engine. While holding the chute with one hand, cut the strap with the other hand.

FINAL ADJUSTMENTS

Tire Pressure

The recommended operating rear tire pressure is 10- 12 psi. The caster wheels are semi-pneumatic and do not require air pressure. Check the tire pressure periodically and maintain equal pressure in both rear tires at all times.

IMPORTANT: Refer to the tire sidewall for exact tire manufacturer;s recommended or maximum psi. Do not overinflate. Uneven tire pressure could cause the cutting deck to mow unevenly.
