CUB CADET shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damages including, without limitation, to any claim for loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue, loss of the use of the equipment or any associated equipment, facilities or service, downtime, the claims or costs of third parties including customers, and injury to property, and further including expenses incurred for substitute or replacement lawn care services, for transportation or for related expenses, or for rental expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product. In no event shall recovery of any kind be greater than the amount of the purchase price of the product sold. Alteration of the safety features of the product shall void this Warranty.
