Chocolate Griddle Cakes
These griddle cakes make a great foundation for any dessert topping, from ice cream to whipped cream to grilled fruit.. Mmmmm, delicious!

Makes twelve to fourteen 4-inch Griddle Cakes
¾cup unbleached,
¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
