Rate:

This allows the DI-102to automatically detect the upstream data rate of your Internet connection. If this box is unchecked, you will need to specify this value in the Upstream Data Rate field.

Enter the upload speed of you Internet connection. This information should be provided to you by your ISP. If you are unsure of what this value should be, please check the Auto Rate Detection box or contact your ISP.
