General Safety Precautions
To reduce risk of fire, electric shock, serious injury or death when using your appliance, follow basic precautions, including the following:

1.Read the use and care manual completely before using this appliance.
2.Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in the use and care manual. Use it only to cook food. It is not designed for commercial, industrial or laboratory use.
3.If you receive a damaged product, immediately contact your dealer or builder. Do not install or operate an appliance that has been damaged or dropped.
4.This appliance must be properly installed and grounded by a qualified installer according to these installation instructions. Have the installer show you the location of the gas shut off valve and the electrical outlet so that you know where and how to turn off the gas supply and disconnect power to the appliance.

10.Sheet metal edges can be dangerous in heavy lifting situations. Wear gloves during installation.
11.Before performing any type of service, make sure that the gas supply is turned off at the supply valve and the power plug is disconnected.
