Auto Cook Menu	Start Temp.		Method	Cookware
		1.	Tie the joint into a neat shape.

ROAST POTATO		3. Place on low rack on the turntable.
				dish e.g Pyrex.
		4. Cook on "AUTO COOK- ROAST POTATO".
		5.	Turn potato when the oven beeps.
		1.	Wash and trim.
		2.	Place prepared vegetables into a suitable sized container.
FRESH		3.	Sprinkle with 4-5 tbs. of water.	Microproof dish
	Chilled temp.	4. Cover with pierced cling film or a lid.
VEGETABLES				e.g Pyrex.
		5.	Place on dish on the turntable.
		6. Cook on "AUTO COOK- FRESH VEGETABLES.
		* For best results cut vegetables into similar sized pieces.
		1.	Place in a suitable sized container.
FROZEN		2.	Cover wth pierced cling film or a lid.	Microproof dish
